analytics and promoting consumer engagement.

 

Online Influencer | TRANSIENT IDENTITI | UNIVERSAL STUDIOS

Completed a national promotion for Universal Studios “Contraband” movie with a following of approximately 19,000 on Twitter and 1500 on Facebook. Was recognized as top influencer for the national campaign.

 

Production Assistant/ On- Air Personality | WPB RADIO

   Feb  2011 – Feb  2012

Managed show programming, monitored live-stream and visual interactivity with online community, developed content for online discussion and social sharing, edited audio/video for online publishing. Contributions included the development of unique programming exclusive to the Baltimore market based on topics of entertainment, music and lifestyle.

 

Social Media Manager | TFM MEDIA GROUP/ ATLANTIC RECORDS                  

   Aug  2010 – Feb 2012         

Managed digital media department including a team of online contributors. Developed an online magazine with an exponential growth in following during the beta period, monitored the company’s social media accounts and online presence. Routine maintenance required the use of WordPress CMS and HTML/CSS. Implemented campaign strategies that appealed to entertainment, music and lifestyle audiences, to drive site traffic up by more than fifty percent. Developed “The Writer’s Rap”, a unique marketing campaign aimed to unify the digital media network, promote community outreach amongst bloggers within the market,  while bringing the community closer to their favorite artist; worked with the social media coordinator to develop reports on progress with trial and error.

 

Fashion Blogger | The Towerlight

Weekly contributor to the “Tiger Threads” blog which featured fashion trendsetters on the university’s campus, in addition to the responsibility of meeting newspaper deadlines and maintaining a consistent audience online.

 

Office Assistant | Towson University Athletics                                        

    Aug  2008  – Present

Office duties included but not limited to; filing, data entry, taking calls, operating office equipment and scheduling. Maintained Internal Development newsletter and designed the 2009 NCAA WLX Championship brochures using Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Digital Media/Production Tools: Final Cut Pro, Audacity, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver HTML/CSS. Demonstrates proficiency in Google Analytics, His Stats, Gremln, Timely, Social Bro, Hootsuite, Twitter, Facebook/ Insights, WordPress, LinkedIn and Google+.

Languages: Intermediate Knowledge in French (IB French)

Membership: Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. held the position of Corresponding Secretary, Historian and Digital Media Chair, awarded Chapter Delegate in May 2010.
