Since it began in 2009, the loud music tour has been a hub for music industry networking and connecting. Frequented by some of the industry’s top executives and label reps, the brand has become the go to event to see the most buzz worthy talents in the area.
This years line-up includes:
Malik Ferraud – With a new EP, Infinity, recently featured in VIBE Magazine online, Malik Ferraud offers an eclectic sound and vibe continues to organically draw in fans and hip-hop heads all over the DMV.
Black Zheep – Through his music Zheep channels a range of musical influences and artistry. This #BasementRap lyricists is making a huge buzz in the DMV and beyond, dropping dope tracks like “Bueno” (recently featured on 2DopeBoyz) “Ice Hot” and my favorite, “Platnum” Ft. Soduh.
Al Rogers Jr – Prefers to be called Al, delivers lyrics and vibes that gives you a glimpse inside his artistic mind, while focusing on a mission to “be grateful, share ideas, love, and not give two cents what outsiders think”. Al takes you along on ALOVEVOYAGE. “I feel like i’ve been projected to earth to share a message i’m god-fearing and nowhere near inerrant so i’m learning along the way.” – Al Rogers, Jr.
Mag Nif – (Rick Fox) – “Mag Nif is the rapper, but Rick Fox is the artist.” Mag Nif transitioned from the Go Go vibe of the DMV and is breaking into the rap/ Hip Hop industry in his market. Peep his music below:
Lonnie Moore – The HD Dreams rapper is gearing up for a new release, but has recently dope the coldest track I’ve heard from him thus far. Jonny Fame of Underground Radar called his latest track, ” wavy, smooth and full of true lines. Makes you want to take a shot and say the s**t they won’t say.” I’m Very excited about where Lonnie is taking his music. Listen up:
